Hi, I'm Amanda Grappone Osmer. My great-grandparents founded what is now Grappone Automotive back in 1924, so I'm the fourth generation of my family to help operate the business. What I am personally most proud of is the team who will serve you when you visit us. Our mission statement is built on service to others, and it starts with our leadership team serving our team members. My feeling is that you, our guest, will be better served if our team comes to work knowing that they are appreciated and taken care of. We have proudly represented Toyota since 1969 and we stand behind their products completely. Toyota is a truly forward thinking and wonderful company to partner with; I consider it a blessing to represent them in our market. In fact, their commitment to "lean" manufacturing is what inspired us to completely change the way we sell cars. Like Toyota, we put the person doing the work at the heart of our decision making. And the guest is at the heart of the sales process, which is why we operate in a negotiation-free, commission-free environment. We are here to serve you.
