The Northern California Toyota Dealers Association (the “Sponsor”) is holding a Ticket Giveaway on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter in which contestants can enter for the chance to win twenty-five (25) prizes, each prize consisting of a pair of tickets to the Eric Church concert at the Golden1 Center on Friday, November 22, 2019, valued at $150 per ticket and $300 per prize (the “Sweepstakes”).

To enter the Sweepstakes, take a photo of yourself with your favorite Toyota vehicle at a participating Northern California or Central Valley Toyota dealership. Post the image to your Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter profile. Tag your original image with #toyotaticketgiveaway. Images must be posted on or before November 15, 2019, in order to qualify. You may also enter through the mailing process discussed below.

One entry per household.

Alternatively, you may enter by printing your name, address, email address, and daytime phone number by hand on a 3-inch by 5-inch piece of paper and mailing it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Toyota Ticket Giveaway, 100 Webster Street, Oakland, CA 94607. Not responsible for lost or stolen entries. Mailed entry must be postmarked by September 20 in order to be eligible. The Sweepstakes is only open to California residents. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding winners will be final.

Twenty-five (25) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The Sponsor will notify the winners by email or by phone. Winners will be given 24 hours to respond when first contacted by email or phone. After 24 hours, another entry will be drawn.

By tagging an image with #toyotaticketgiveaway or sending a mail-in entry, you represent and warrant to the Sponsor that (1) you are 18 years of age or older; (2) you are a legal resident of California; and (3) the image is original and does not infringe on anyone else’s rights. By submitting the image, you grant the Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to publish, republish, distribute, reproduce, edit, and modify the entry, in any print, electronic, or other medium, and to use your name and likeness in connection with the image, with no attribution to you, all at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In addition, by submitting the image, entering the Sweepstakes through the alternate method, or participating in the Sweepstakes in any way, you agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend the Sponsor from any claims based on any and all use of that material or your participation in the Sweepstakes, and further you agree to release the Sponsor, H&L Partners, NCTDAA, and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, representatives, and agents of each (collectively the “Released Parties”) for any liability whatsoever for injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes and/or with traveling to and from any Sweepstakes-related activity, including traveling to and from the participating Toyota car dealership.

The Northern California Toyota Dealers Advertising Association is the official Sponsor of this Sweepstakes. No purchase necessary. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

OTHER RULES:

The Sponsor may disqualify any winner in the event that he or she is in breach of these Official Rules. The winners will each receive the following from the Northern California Toyota Dealers Advertising Association: two (2) tickets to the Eric Church concert on Friday, November 22, 2018. The Northern California Toyota Dealers Advertising Association reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

• All entrants grant to the Sponsor the right to use and publish their Facebook usernames, and Instagram and Twitter handles online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with the Sweepstakes.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information obtained through the Sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
• Employees of the Northern California Toyota Dealers Advertising Association, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.; H&L Partners; and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, and advertising and promotional agencies, or any organization involved with the production, execution, or distribution of the Promotion, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• The winners, by acceptance of a prize, each agree to release all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prizes.
• Taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize recipients.
• Automated submissions of any kind are not allowed.
